     Margaret Sheehan uses the tools she has gathered in 25 years of training and experience to help her clients create a healthy, balanced life. Acupuncture, herbs, cupping, gua sha, and massage therapies are employed to alleviate pain, restore vital functions, and relieve stress.  She asseses each client's individual situation to tailor a treatment plan to best suit their needs. Margaret also teaches clients what they can do to achieve their goals for a healthy and happy life. She is especially experienced and successful with treating pain, women's health issues, allergy and immune issues, and stress related conditions.

     Margaret offers classes in Tai Chi, QiGong (Chinese Therapeutic Exercise) and Meditation. She also teaches a five-day introductory course on Chinese Medicine at West Chester University every spring.  She is a frequent guest lecturer at the University and other area institutions.

     Sue Mustalish has been a nurse for 30 years.  The first 21 years were at The Chester County Hospital, where she specialized in gastroenterology and was instrumental in the creation of the hospital’s Endoscopy Unit of which she was Nurse Manager from 1989-94.  She has also worked in the specialties of medical-surgical and hospice nursing. 

     She became interested in botanical medicine after her first visit to the Peruvian Amazon in 1993 and continues to coordinate and lead workshops in the Andes and rainforest for The Amazon Center for Environmental Education and Research in Peru.

     Sue completed a three year course with David Winston which included Western, Chinese, and Cherokee herbalism and has had the opportunity to study with many other leaders in contemporary clinical botanical medicine.   She is a member of the American Herbalist’ Guild.  Sue is also certified in holistic nursing, and it was in the course of certification that she collaborated with Dr. James Duke, renowned ethnobotanist and author, on a project that focused on plants used medicinally by Native Americans of the northeast US and Canada.  In addition, she enhanced her holistic approach to health by earning certifications in reflexology and integrative health counseling.

     Sue has lectured nationally on the topics of holistic health and botanical medicine and is an adjunct faculty member at West Chester University, teaching courses in Integrative Health/Wellness, Women’s Health and Evidence Based Botanical Medicine for healthcare professionals and lay people alike.

Gregory DelCollo
     D.O.M, L.Ac, a Pennsylvania licensed Acupuncturist and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, has joined the Chester County Herbs and Acupuncture team to expand its existing Chinese Medical Services. Greg specializes in the treatment of pain and sports injuries, gastrointestinal disorders, menstrual issues, and stress relief.  In conjunction with the complementary therapy team, Greg provides acupuncture, massage therapy, moxabustion, cupping, and Chinese herbal medicine to facilitate healing of above mentioned issues.

     He has recently returned to the Philadelphia region after spending the past eight years in California, where he had a personal practice in the Bay Area.  He received his Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005 from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and apprenticed at the East West Healing Arts Center in Oakland and at the Ground Floor Clinic in Berkley, CA. He received his BS in Movement Science in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh, PA. 

     In addition to working at Chester County Herbs and Acupuncture, he initiated and currently resides over the complementary therapy program for the Keystone Hospice in Wyndmoor, PA.  There he provides Chinese medical treatment to assist those with terminal illness to ease their discomfort and enhance their quality of life.

     Greg states, “I am excited to work with individuals in the Philadelphia region, where I have spent most of my upbringing, to provide holistic approaches to illness and disease.  My feeling is that there is a real desire for knowledge and experience in alternative therapies from the people of Pennsylvania as they are starting to take a proactive approach to their health.  And it would be an honor to educate and assist them in their journey towards to a better quality of life.”
